  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under UK law.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, weights and prices are accurate. Images are for illustrative purposes, and product packaging may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a suitable substitute or a refund.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities and to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious error, suspected fraud, product unavailability or inability to complete delivery.

  1. FOOD, INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS

Customers must carefully review all information relating to ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, use-by dates and best-before dates provided in the product description and on the original packaging.

Manufacturers may change recipes and packaging. If you have an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order to obtain current information.

Do not consume a product if its packaging or seal is damaged or if the information on the packaging is not compatible with your dietary requirements.

  1. ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee its acceptance.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been dispatched or that it is ready for collection.

You are responsible for checking that the products, quantities, delivery address and contact details are correct before completing payment.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be authorised when the order is placed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or another payment provider displayed at checkout.

If a price is published incorrectly and is clearly unreasonable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  1. SHIPPING

We currently ship only to United Kingdom destinations available at checkout.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered to the customer or to a person nominated by the customer.

Customers must wait until they receive an email confirming that the order is ready before visiting the shop and must bring their order confirmation.

The order may be collected by the customer or by an authorised person. We may request the order confirmation and proof of identification.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds beyond the mandatory rights provided by UK law.

Certain products, including goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly and opened sealed food products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, may be excluded from cancellation rights unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
