RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Mamma Rosa London does not offer voluntary returns or refunds beyond the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.

ONLINE CANCELLATION RIGHTS

For eligible non-perishable products purchased online, customers may cancel their order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving or collecting it. After notifying us, the products must be returned within a further 14 days.

Products returned following a change of mind must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost.

 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Unless faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns for:

• products that are perishable or liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• food or other sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed;

• personalised or custom-made products.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers retain their legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

Please contact us as soon as possible at mammarosalondon.store@gmail.com, providing the order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products or evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.

For the cancellation of a complete eligible order, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for express delivery will not be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it or has lost value because of damage caused after delivery.
